What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, or EMDR, is a therapeutic approach that utilizes bilateral stimulation, such as eye movement, to engage the brain’s problem-solving process. Efficiency and Time Reduction

A significant advantage of EMDR is its efficiency. Twenty minutes is equivalent to five talk therapy sessions. This streamlined approach reduces the treatment time needed, helping clients alleviate symptoms more effectively.
