I am passionate about helping clients overcome past childhood experiences that hinder their success. I work with individuals ready to confront and heal from their past. It's rewarding to see them thrive and achieve their goals. My focus is on pre-teens, teens, and through adulthood. Through EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness techniques, I have successfully helped clients with PTSD, anxiety, childhood sexual abuse, and more, empowering them to face current challenges.

Alyssa Miranda

I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey of self-exploration, helping them cultivate greater self-understanding and self-compassion. I work with those who seek to explore past experiences to better understand how these shape their current lives. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I am especially committed to supporting individuals from multicultural backgrounds as well as those within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Cassandra Pilcher
MA NCC LPC
I am passionate about supporting clients who are exploring who they are and working toward goals that help them live authentically. I practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective and specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, weight stigma, body image concerns, anxiety, complex trauma/PTSD, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe our identities and the systems we live in shape how we experience the world, and I strive to create a collaborative, affirming space where clients feel understood and empowered.
