What the role looks like

• Caseload: Full-time ≈ 25 client sessions/week (you control your calendar within clinic hours)

• Format: Hybrid (in-person + telehealth) —we’ll set up what works for you and your clients

• Clients: Individuals, couples, families, and groups (adolescents/young adults' experience is a plus)

Compensation

• Total comp target: $72,800–$80,000+ annually for full-time clinicians; higher earnings possible with additional sessions/availability

• Bonus & growth: Opportunities for increased income with expanded caseload, specialties, or supervision responsibilities

Schedule

• Full-time = ~25 sessions/week

• Some evenings required; two Saturdays/month or equivalent alternative coverage (we can discuss options)

What you’ll do

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based practices

• Complete timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation (notes, treatment plans)

• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team; attend supervision, consultation, and trainings

• Coordinate referrals and community resources as needed

What you bring

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Illinois license: LPC/LCPC, LSW/LCSW, or LMFT (independent licensure preferred; LPC welcome)

• 2+ years clinical experience (preferred)

• Ability to diagnose, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions

• Strong communication skills and cultural humility

• Comfortable using secure video platforms for telehealth

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
