I became a therapist because, during my time as a nurse, I saw how many people were struggling emotionally and mentally. They needed someone to listen and help them heal. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, women, and couples. I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based tools to help clients reframe negative thoughts, recognize patterns, and build real-life coping skills. I have experience helping clients with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Trauma, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Conduct Disorder, and more. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow, reconnect, and move forward.

I am passionate about supporting clients who are exploring who they are and working toward goals that help them live authentically. I practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective and specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, weight stigma, body image concerns, anxiety, complex trauma/PTSD, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe our identities and the systems we live in shape how we experience the world, and I strive to create a collaborative, affirming space where clients feel understood and empowered.
